Funding

Medicare

Clients may be eligible for a CDM plan from their GP. These plans are for people with a chronic condition that has lasted/will last for longer than 6 months, including speech/language difficulties.

It is used to access 2 specialist health care providers and entitles the recipient to a maximum of 5 partially Medicare-rebated sessions per calendar year.

NDIS

I am able to support clients who are registered to receive funding support through NDIS and who are self-managed or plan-managed.

Regrettably, I am unable to see clients who are agency managed, as I am not a NDIS registered provider.

Private

Clients who have private health care may be eligible for some financial support for speech pathology services.

Please contact your private health care fund for more information.
